never know that the hamstring had a belly otherwise its common to say transversal massage the reason to dont do this at home its that you risk to get a real big heamatoma so let the proffesional do it please
This is great and I’m been trying to simulate that with a foam roller. What about hamstring injury at the insertion of the hamstring (by the buttocks). That’s where my pain in?

Hi Eteraz your problem is probably a tightness in the erector spinea muscle in the lower back to mid back.
