Haha, I thought they were called Eagles.
we have to do those in soccer and we call them up downs.. and i hate them lol
we call dem up downz.
we have a similar thing to that during are football season its during hell week its called middle condition and 4 quaters so we do the up downs 1st 2nd set ups 3rd push ups 4th leg lifts (keeping your legs extended up in the air for about 25 secons we do about 4 of those. but the frist 3 we do 12 of each for 4 times so it gets hard after awhile.
